Ayurvila Retreat

Ayurvila is a stay-in wellness retreat set on a finca outside Manacor, Mallorca, built around classical Kerala Ayurveda rather than a spa-menu version of it. Treatments are led by consultants and therapists trained in India, and every guest starts with a dosha consultation that shapes a personalized therapy plan for the length of the stay.

The retreat runs several themed programs, each built around a specific goal: a seven-day Detox & Slimming package centered on Udwarthana herbal powder massage, a Stress Management track using Shirodhara oil-flow therapy, an Antiaging & Beauty program with Mukhalepa herbal facials, a gentler Ayurveda Holidays option with Abhyanga massage and yoga, and a one-on-one Yoga Therapy course for structural or pain-related issues. The signature program is Panchakarma, a 14-day clinical five-fold purification cure with daily medical oversight and intensive treatment.

Days follow a set rhythm: morning yoga and meditation, a dosha-specific breakfast, a major treatment mid-morning, an organic detox lunch as the main meal, then a light dinner with guided relaxation in the evening. Meals are Sattvic, prepared to balance individual doshas rather than offered as a generic healthy menu.

The property includes a restaurant, a relaxation lounge, yoga space, and overnight accommodation, and is set up for both individual travelers and groups booking the whole retreat.
