The lounge and private rooms are included with packages, couples treatments and private events, and parking is available right at the door.

The menu splits into skin, body and longevity work. Skin treatments include DiamondGlow, the Mermaid Facial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, an AI 3D skin analysis and acne facials, alongside injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Sculptra and fillers administered by Brittany Cantu, AME, under Medical Director Dr. David L. Sneed, MD. Body services cover Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, prenatal and lymphatic drainage massage, plus couples massage. The signature offering, The Mermaid Lift, is priced at $1,499. In total there are nine treatments on the menu, and there's no general day-pass option here, since this is appointment-driven aesthetics and massage work rather than a soaking-and-lounging type spa.

Longevity planning runs through the 365 Beauty Blueprint, a tiered approach (prevention in your 20s, maintenance in your 30s-40s, restoration at 50+) tracked against an initial AI skin scan, tied to the Banyan Luxe membership where credits roll over and don't expire after a six-month minimum commitment. There's also a $75 Wedding Skin Countdown Consultation that builds a reverse-timeline plan toward a wedding date, credited toward a first treatment.
