Bathhouse Flatiron is a day bathhouse at 14 W 22nd St in Manhattan, built around six thermal pools set at different temperatures: two hot pools at 104°F, two cold plunges at 45°F and 50°F, a neutral pool at 98°F and a 98°F salt pool. The dry sauna runs up to 185°F and hosts scheduled Aufguss sessions, where a sauna master leads a guided round with towels and aromatics. There's also an infrared sauna, a banya, and a steam room, so the room-to-room routine covers most sauna styles in one visit.

Beyond soaking and sweating, the menu adds two treatment categories: massage and scrub. The signature Hammam Scrub (30 minutes) starts at $130 and comes with amenity access included, meaning the thermal pools, saunas and steam room are part of the package rather than a separate charge. Longer scrub and massage options exist for individuals, couples and prenatal guests, with couples versions available for both.

A day pass starts at $39, though the exact rate shifts depending on the day and time booked. The space is walk-in friendly and welcomes solo visitors, couples and families, not just hotel guests. It's open every day from 8am to 11:30pm, which makes it workable as an after-gym stop, an evening wind-down, or a longer weekend session built around a scrub or massage.
