BATHHOUSE Spa sits inside W Las Vegas on the Strip and runs as a co-ed wellness facility rather than a traditional treatment-only spa. The amenity list covers a redwood sauna, eucalyptus steam room, warm and hot heated whirlpools, a cold plunge, a relaxation lounge, an exercise room and shower facilities, plus vanity amenities and refreshments like fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea.
Access is limited to hotel guests. A facility day pass runs $75 on Mondays and Thursdays, $100 Friday through Sunday, and there's a $125 "BATHHOUSE After Dark" option. The spa is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, open Monday and Thursday through Sunday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; the attached gym keeps longer hours, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, and requires closed-toe shoes.
Because the spa is co-ed, bathing suits are required in shared spaces, and robes are provided in the lockers. Glass isn't allowed inside, cell phones are permitted on silent only, and guests are asked to leave valuables in their rooms. For actual spa treatments, a 20% service charge is added automatically, with additional gratuity left to discretion, and arriving 30 minutes early for check-in is recommended. Cancellations need at least four hours' notice to avoid being charged in full.
It reads less like a quiet retreat and more like a social wellness lounge built into a Strip hotel — a place to combine a workout, a sweat, and a cold plunge with friends or a partner during a stay, rather than a standalone destination spa.
