Devarana Wellness

Devarana Wellness sits inside the Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore hotel in Tampines, built around a wet area with sauna, steam room, cold plunge and pools. It's an adults-only facility (minimum age 18) and access is limited to hotel guests, so this isn't a drop-in day-pass spot for the general public.

The treatment menu leans on Thai healing traditions mixed with Ayurveda, Shiatsu, Swedish and aromatherapy techniques. The signature offering combines strong-pressure Thai, Ayurveda and Shiatsu work with Swedish and aromatherapy influences, finished with an inhalation ritual using hot water, lime and orange for respiratory relief. Other treatments on the menu target specific needs: a lower-leg and foot therapy for travelers, runners or anyone on their feet all day; a back, shoulder, neck and head massage aimed at desk-bound tension and headaches; a deep tissue and trigger-point massage for athletes and active bodies; and a lemongrass, lavender and rice bran treatment for general stress relief. There's also a traditional Thai liver-meridian and head massage rooted in local healing beliefs.

Couples treatments are available, and the spa operates daily from 10:30 to 20:00. Booking ahead is required rather than walking in, with reservations handled by phone, WhatsApp or email. Parking is available on site for those driving in, and service is conducted in English.
