Tucked into the private Giardino della Gherardesca on Borgo Pinti, this is the spa at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze — a 790-square-metre wellness wing with ten treatment rooms built around a garden outdoor pool and a year-round heated whirlpool. Sauna and steam bath are part of the standard facilities, along with a fitness center and yoga sessions held either in the garden or in a dedicated studio.

Treatment menus lean into Italian skincare and Tuscan ingredients: body treatments using local herbs and salt crystals, facials pairing technology with regional botanicals, and a signature JET PEEL with Rephase treatment that uses hydroporation and LED light therapy for skin renewal. A hot-stone Chakra Gems massage using Australian crystals is also on offer.

Couples have their own dedicated space — a private Spa Suite with two treatment beds, a walk-in shower and a freestanding stone bathtub — booked separately from the main treatment rooms for two people wanting privacy. The spa also runs guided running routes past city landmarks and kids'/teens' treatments for younger guests.

Access is available both to hotel guests and via day pass, though as a hotel spa inside a five-star property, expect luxury pricing across treatments and pool access. Hours run 9:30am to 8pm every day of the week, with gym and sauna/steam bath access on separate, longer schedules. Bookings go through the hotel's spa reservation system or by phone.
