Kinnaree Thai Massage and Spa

Kinnaree Thai Massage and Spa is a day spa tucked on the second floor of a building on 5th Avenue South in Old Naples, offering seven treatments built around traditional Thai massage technique. The signature Thai Combination Massage pairs assisted stretching with oil massage, while other options include straight Traditional Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage Body Massage. Most services run in 45, 60, 90, and 120-minute lengths, priced from $100 to $220, with add-ons like deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stones, and herbal compress available for an extra $15 to $30.

The studio also offers an outcall service, bringing massage therapy to a client's location for $200 to $250, though this requires advance booking and management approval. For guests short on time, the business recommends a 90-minute session as a more complete experience than the base 45 or 60-minute formats.

Walk-ins are welcome, though reservations are the more reliable route given it's a compact, appointment-driven operation. Parking is noted as easy in this part of Old Naples, a detail several reviewers call out specifically. The space is open daily except Sunday, from 10am to 6pm.

Reviewers consistently mention one therapist, Sandy, describing a practice of checking in on pressure preference and any injuries before starting, and offering water or coconut water afterward. Guests also point to the cleanliness of the studio and flexibility around session length once there. The combination of Thai stretching with Swedish techniques comes up repeatedly as the preferred option for working out muscle tension alongside relaxation.
