Les Bains de Marrakech occupies a riad near Bab Agnaou in the Kasbah district, a short walk from the medina's southern gate. The hammam and spa have operated here for more than two decades, with a full renovation in 2021 that updated the facilities while preserving the original intimate layout.

Treatments are organized into four "signature" packages, numbered one through four, each combining hammam, body scrub, massage and bath elements. The most complete option, Signature 4, costs $186. Staff work in French, English, Spanish and Italian, and couples' treatments are available in a shared double cabin. Products used are natural-based.

The spa is open daily from 9am to 8pm and welcomes walk-ins, though there's no simple standalone day-pass option—booking one of the signature treatments is the main way in. The setup suits solo visitors, couples, families and small groups.

In 2024 Les Bains de Marrakech was named a Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice winner, placing it among the top 10 percent of rated destinations worldwide according to the spa.
