Lot is a hotel spa set directly on the Dead Sea shore in Ein Bokek, about 400 meters below sea level. The spa area, called LotoSpa, centers on a heated indoor pool filled with Dead Sea water, meant to replicate the mineral-rich floating experience of the sea itself in a covered, climate-controlled setting. A jacuzzi, dry sauna and equipped gym are included with entry.

Two sulphur pools and a hammam are available for an additional fee, aimed at visitors interested in the mineral treatments the region has been known for. A separate menu of beauty and health treatments can be booked on top of pool access. Entry to the spa is restricted to guests aged 16 and over.

Beyond the spa itself, the hotel grounds include an outdoor semi-Olympic pool heated in winter, a shaded children's pool, direct beach access to the Dead Sea, and sport facilities such as a lit tennis court, volleyball court, table tennis and bicycles. Food and drink options on site range from the Recital Bar near the lobby pool view to the Desperado Bar by the outdoor pool, plus a main dining room. The hotel also has a synagogue and operates under kashrut supervision from the Jordan Valley Regional Council rabbinate.

Parking is on-site but limited to availability, with paid parking nearby as a backup. Staff communicate in Hebrew and English. Day passes are available to non-guests, making the spa a feasible stop even if you're not staying overnight at the hotel.
