Mii amo

Mii amo sits inside Boynton Canyon, one of Sedona's noted energy vortex sites, and operates as a destination spa resort rather than a walk-in day spa. It has been running since 2001 and houses 23 casita and suite accommodations, with access limited to overnight hotel guests who book in advance.

The spa program is built around personalized multi-day "Journeys" rather than single treatments, with staff coordinating each guest's itinerary across bodywork, movement and quiet space. On-site amenities include a steam room, sauna, relaxation lounge, a crystal grotto, a thermal pool, a separate plunge pool, and a dedicated movement studio for yoga and fitness classes with canyon views.

Dining runs through Hummingbird at Mii amo, the resort's signature restaurant, which draws produce from its own Chef's Garden as well as local farms, ranches and orchards. A redesigned juice bar serves fresh juices and smoothies by day and shifts to full bar and wine service at night; there's also poolside food and drink, including smoothies, salads and sandwiches.

This is an adults-only property: the minimum age is 16, and it's positioned for both solo travelers and couples. Given the remote canyon setting and casita-based layout, most guests spend their stay largely within the resort grounds rather than venturing into town. Rates fall into the luxury tier, consistent with an all-inclusive, reservation-only destination spa model rather than a pay-per-service day spa.
