Orchid Head Spa sits on NW 21st Ave in Northwest Portland and specializes in scalp and facial treatments rather than full-body massage. The menu is short and focused: four core packages built around scalp analysis, scalp massage, hair masks, and halo water therapy, each adding layers of care as the price goes up.

The entry-level Essential Scalp Care runs $65 for 50 minutes and covers scalp analysis, a rosemary oil scalp massage, cleaning, halo water therapy, a nano-mist hair mask, and a blow dry. Rejuvenation Glow ($100, 70 minutes) adds a neck and shoulder massage plus facial cleansing, hydration, and SPF. The signature Deep Detox Therapy is the longest and most involved option at $145 for 95 minutes, combining a feet detox pad, deep neck and shoulder massage, scalp exfoliation, facial massage and masking, a detoxifying scalp and hair treatment with a nano steamer, and a hot stone neck, shoulder and hand massage.

There's also a Group Service option starting at $130 for 50-plus minutes, with nine service variations, which makes this a workable stop for groups as well as solo visits. A relaxation lounge is on site for downtime between or after treatments.

Walk-ins are welcome, though a reservation is recommended given the small, specialized treatment list. Hours run late morning to evening most days, with a slightly later Sunday opening. This is a moderate price-tier spot, not a full wellness retreat, so plan for a scalp-and-facial session rather than a hot-spring or bathhouse-style day out.
