Terme di Saturnia's Parco Termale is a 20,000-square-meter outdoor thermal complex in the Tuscan countryside, built around a natural sulfur spring that has flowed continuously for over 3,000 years. The water is rich in hydrogen sulfide, calcium and magnesium, and the park channels it into four outdoor thermal pools, hydromassage tubs and jets, a vascular circuit, and a sauna area with an argillarium.
Day visitors can choose between two sections fed by the same spring. The Parco Termale ticket covers the pools, hydrotherapy stations and sauna, and suits families or anyone who wants to move freely through the open-air grounds. The more private Club area adds direct access to the thermal lake itself (the Sorgente), along with indoor relaxation spaces and a Finnish sauna with sensory showers, and is pitched more at couples or those wanting extra quiet.
A white-towel-and-robe dress code applies throughout; those without their own kit can rent one at reception, along with sunbeds and umbrellas. Both ticket types also give access to guided wellness rituals - water-based movement sessions, sound experiences, thermal mud treatments and sauna ceremonies - free of charge but subject to availability and reception booking.
The complex is open daily year-round, with free on-site parking. Walk-ins are accepted, though online booking is recommended, especially on weekends and holidays, since capacity can fill. Spa treatments and thermal cure programs are offered separately from the basic day entry for anyone wanting to add massages or other experiences to the visit.
