The centerpiece for newcomers is the $99 Signature Sampler, a 90-minute session combining a 60-minute massage (choice of relaxation, aromatherapy, Reiki or lymph drainage) with 30 minutes in the infrared sauna. That sauna is lined with Himalayan salt blocks, marketed for circulation and skin benefits alongside the usual infrared perks like muscle relief and relaxation. Beyond the sampler, the spa runs a broader service menu including facials, and the property includes a relaxation lounge and standard sauna in addition to the infrared/salt room.

Note that all appointments now run through the Columbia Tusculum location after the business merged its former Hyde Park site here, so don't head to the old address. Booking runs through their online system or by phone, and couples treatments are available for those wanting a shared appointment.

On the practical side, the spa enforces a firm cancellation policy: half the service cost is due at booking, and cancellations or no-shows inside 24 hours are charged the full service price. Hours run 9am to 8pm most days, with a shorter 9am to 6pm Sunday schedule. It's positioned as a straightforward, no-frills wellness stop rather than a resort-style destination, suited to a single treatment or an add-on sauna session.
