Relache Spa - Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center

Relâche Spa is the full-service spa inside the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, a European-styled facility spanning 14,000 square feet. The menu runs to 13 treatments covering massages, facials, body scrubs and wraps, manicures and pedicures, waxing, scalp and hair treatments, and men's services, with separate lounges for men and women and a steam room for pre- or post-treatment downtime.

The signature offering is the Couples Massage, done side by side in a dedicated couples room, with therapists customizing pressure and focus to each guest's goals beforehand. Seasonal add-ons rotate through the year; current ones include a Summer Skin Radiance Reset Facial using FarmHouse Fresh products and a Tropical Glow Body Renewal body treatment with Eminence Organic Skin Care, a coconut scrub and mango enzyme wrap.

This is a reservation-based spa, not a walk-in facility, and it's not limited to hotel guests. Appointments are booked by phone, and a credit card is required to hold the slot. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice; inside that window, a $50 fee applies to spa and facial services and $25 to nail services, and no-shows are charged in full. A gratuity line is added to the bill by default but can be adjusted.

Access is restricted to guests 18 and older for the locker rooms, massages, facials and body treatments, though 16- and 17-year-olds can book facial services and use the broader resort fitness facility with an adult. Local residents can get 10% off treatments and up to four hours of complimentary self-parking with a Local Resident Card. The adjoining Relâche Fitness Center and a morning yoga class are part of the same wing, alongside the resort's pools, lazy river and outdoor recreation areas.
