Sans Souci Spa sits inside the Sans Souci hotel near Burggasse in Neubau, built around what the hotel calls Vienna's longest indoor hotel pool at 20 metres. The wellness area also includes a Finnish sauna running at 90°C, a bio-sauna (Sanarium) at around 60°C, and a steam room at roughly 45°C, plus an ice shower and ice fountain for cooling off between rounds. Three relaxation rooms round out the sauna landscape.
A separate fitness area uses Technogym equipment designed by Antonio Citterio, covering cardio, strength and mobility work, with a personal trainer available on request. Massage and treatment bookings use quality oils and are tailored to what guests ask for, and the spa team explicitly welcomes outside visitors for treatments, not just hotel guests.
Day passes are available and give access to the full wellness area - pool, both saunas, steam room, relaxation rooms and the gym - for as long as guests want to stay, with the option to add a massage or treatment from the spa menu. The spa is adults-and-families friendly with a minimum age of 4, and the area is clothing-optional. It's open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Walk-ins aren't accepted, so a day pass needs to be arranged through the website or by phone ahead of a visit.
