Soak & Sage is a day spa built around communal heat-and-cold circuits rather than solo treatments. The core setup is a thermal pool, cold plunge, sauna and steam room, meant to be worked in rotation — warm up, plunge, steam, repeat — in a shared, social setting rather than a silent spa atmosphere.

A two-hour day pass runs $75 on weekdays and $85 on weekends, giving access to the full thermal circuit. The spa is not adults-only and is marketed as family friendly and good for groups, including celebrations and large group bookings arranged by phone. Walk-ins aren't accepted, so a reservation is required before showing up.

Beyond the soaking circuit, the spa runs a menu of nine treatments spanning massage, facials, dermaplaning and microneedling. Its signature service, the Ultimate Body Renewal, is a 75-minute, $225 ritual combining a full-body scrub, a hydrating body wrap and a mini HydroPeptide facial. Memberships (Passport, Wanderlust, Tranquility Tribe) offer recurring monthly facility access for regulars.

Practical details are modest: parking is on the street, English is the language of service, and the facility is not clothing-optional. Hours shift through the week, running from 9am on weekends and Fridays to as late as 9pm on weeknights, with a later midday start on Tuesday through Thursday. The Seattle Times named it its 2025 Best in the PNW Day Spa.
