The studio offers nine treatments total, spanning Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal and medical massage, plus an intuitive massage format where pressure and focus areas adjust during the session rather than following a set protocol.

Beyond bodywork, the menu covers custom facials, body scrubs, and Reiki. Two amenities set it apart from a typical massage studio: an infrared sauna for deeper-penetrating heat and muscle recovery, and a Halotherapy Chill Lounge, a salt therapy room where guests sit and breathe dry salt particles for respiratory and skin benefits. The salt lounge isn't recommended during pregnancy or for certain heart and lung conditions, so calling ahead with questions is worth doing before booking. For those who'd rather stay put, the studio also runs outcalls, sending therapists to homes, hotels or offices anywhere in the DC area.

The spa runs a day pass and takes both walk-ins and bookings, though it's not a hotel-only facility. Hours are consistent every day of the week, 10am to 8pm, which makes it workable for a lunch-break massage or an evening wind-down. Its downtown location, a short walk from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, makes it a practical stop for conference travelers or office workers rather than a destination retreat.
