Spa Land & Sauna is a Korean-style bathhouse in Duluth, just outside Atlanta, built around a jjimjilbang with separate men's and women's floors plus a co-ed sauna area. The layout follows the standard Korean spa format: hot and cold tubs, steam and dry saunas, hydrotherapy pools, showers and grooming stations, all included in the day pass.

A day pass runs $38 and covers the bathing and sauna facilities. The minimum age is 2, and the facility is not adults-only, so families with young kids can visit, though the co-ed and gender-specific floor arrangement is worth understanding before arriving with a group.
