SPA LAND Centum City sits inside Busan's Centum City complex and runs on the classic Korean jjimjilbang model: communal hot spring baths plus a rotation of themed heat rooms. The bathing side has 18 hot spring tubs along with an outdoor hot spring bath, cold plunge, and four styles of massage pools (body massage, dream bath, bench jet, bubble jet) that work different muscle groups with jet streams.

The dry-heat side covers 13 themed rooms, including a Finnish-style sauna, Roman steam room, Turkish hamam, jade room, charcoal room, salt room, pyramid room, and a cooling 'ice room' meant to be used between hot sessions. There's also a Wave Dream Room with projected water ripples and a Body Sound Room using bone-conduction audio for a low-key sensory break, plus an SEV room built around a patented mineral-and-metal electron technology.

Entry works as day-pass access rather than hotel-guest-only, so walk-ins are fine. Standard admission covers a 5-hour stay, with an hourly surcharge after that if you want to linger. Adult and student rates are the same across weekdays, weekends, and holidays, and groups of 10 or more qualify for a discount. Shinsegae-affiliated credit cards get 10% off a single admission.

It's built for a half-day or evening visit rather than a quick dip — the mix of hot spring soaking and themed jjimjilbang rooms is meant to be worked through gradually, alternating hot and cool spaces, with families and groups as the obvious audience given the scale and layout.
