The main suite holds a five-person Jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna and a sensory shower that switches between fine rain, tropical and waterfall settings, plus a 37-degree bath with hydromassage. A changing area comes stocked with robes, towels, a hairdryer and sandals, and there's a lounge corner with a connected TV for sharing photos or presentations, which makes the place suited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties and team events as well as couples' visits.

Separate from the private suite, there's a dedicated treatment space for massages and facials, bookable solo or in duos. The signature treatment is a 50-minute massage priced around $69, with a duo version and a 25-minute split-session option also on the menu; a Bio Seasons facial runs about 50 minutes. For those wanting more time, the Loft 39 suite is available as an overnight stay, pairing a double balneo bath and dual shower with infrared heat chairs, breakfast included and meal trays optional; it can also be added as a one-hour extension after a couples' massage.
