Sparitual Los Cabos

Sparitual is the spa at Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa, set beachside near El Medano in Cabo San Lucas. Treatments run through massage, facials, body wraps and salon services such as styling, manicures and pedicures, with a signature offering called SEA & SOUL: Sunrise Yoga Experience. Couples treatment rooms are available for those booking together.

Any treatment booking includes use of the thermal facilities: a guided hydrotherapy circuit, sauna, steam room, pressure shower and a hot tub with relaxation loungers. These areas are separated by gender for privacy. The spa recommends arriving 45 minutes before a scheduled treatment to make use of the circuit and the complimentary showers and vanity area beforehand. A bathing suit is needed for the hot tub.

There's also a spa boutique selling apparel, swimwear and accessories, plus access to a 2,500-square-foot fitness center with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights and a rowing machine, set behind floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Sea of Cortez.

This is a reservation-only operation tied to treatment bookings rather than a stand-alone day-pass facility, so the thermal circuit and hot tub aren't accessible on their own. It operates daily from 8:00am to 6:00pm, with service in English and Spanish. The price tier sits in the upscale range, consistent with a resort spa setting rather than a budget bathhouse.
