SunsetBodyWorks Day Spa sits on Milam Street in Houston's Central Business District, offering 16 treatments across massage, facial and body-contouring categories. It's set up as a reservation-based spa (walk-ins are also welcomed), open daily except Sunday from 9am to 7pm, and it works for solo visits, couples or families.

The menu runs from quick fixes to longer combination packages. The signature Summer Reset Package ($199) bundles a 60-minute Swedish massage, a 30-minute refresh facial, and a hot towel foot wrap with aromatherapy. Other combo options include the Queen for a Day Spa Escape ($319, 90-minute massage plus a hydrating facial and scalp massage) and smaller add-ons like a Mini Retreat ($105) or Glow Up Beauty Boost ($95). A $15 add-on menu covers extras like hot stone spot treatment, foot scrub and scalp massage.

Weekday mornings (Monday through Friday, 9am to 1:30pm) bring Early Bird specials for solo appointments only, including a 15-minute chair massage for $25 and a 60-minute massage or facial for $115. Separately, the spa runs a body slimming and detox line using Lipo Light, Vacuum RF and Cavitation therapy, sold as an 80-minute Trio Slimming session ($195, or $660 for a package of four) or paired with a facial in the Body Sculpt & Glow package ($165).

Couples treatments are available, and there's no day-pass or standalone facility access here — this is a treatment-based spa rather than a soaking or lounge-style venue.
