Terra Spa

Terra Spa is a day spa tucked into a Preston Hollow retail strip on Royal Lane, focused on body-focused treatments rather than a full wet-area bathing experience. The menu runs to six core services: facial cleansing, body contouring, lymphatic drainage/detox, customized massage, body wrap treatments, and infrared sauna.

Massages here are built around the client rather than offered as fixed packages — deep tissue, prenatal, Swedish, and sports work are all available and can be paired with a sauna session afterward. The infrared sauna itself is also offered as a standalone service, pitched for muscle recovery, stress relief, and general detox support. Body contouring and wrap treatments target fat reduction and cellulite, while the lymphatic drainage service is aimed at reducing edema and supporting the body's natural detox process.

This is a reservation-required spot — no walk-ins, no day passes, and it's open to the general public rather than restricted to hotel guests. It also doesn't offer couples treatments, so plan on a solo visit. Hours run 9am to 7pm Monday through Friday, with a shorter Saturday window from 11am to 5pm, and the spa is closed Sundays. Given the appointment-only structure, calling ahead or booking through the website is the way to secure a slot.
