The Phoenician Spa sits inside The Phoenician resort in Scottsdale and operates as an adults-only facility for hotel guests. Access to the sauna, steam room and rooftop pool is tied to booking a spa service — a facial, massage, body treatment, or a combined manicure-pedicure — rather than sold as a standalone day pass. The rooftop pool runs the same hours as the spa, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily, with food service from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for spa guests only.

Treatments start at 10 a.m. and the last one begins by 5 p.m., matching the overall 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. daily schedule. Couples massages are offered but can't be booked online; those need a phone call. The spa also houses a nail lounge, a Drybar outpost, a boutique, and a fitness center, rounding it out as a full resort wellness wing rather than a single treatment room.

Booking requires a valid credit card or a guestroom confirmation number, and the spa runs cashless — payment is by card or charged to the room. Anyone arriving for a service needs to be 18 or older with ID in hand, since age verification is enforced. Cancellations need at least four hours' notice or the full treatment price applies, though that fee is waived if you're not feeling well and give shorter notice.
