The Ritz-Carlton Spa

The Ritz-Carlton Spa sits inside the Ritz-Carlton Dallas in Uptown's Oak Lawn area, built around private treatment rooms rather than a big wet-area circuit. There are 12 treatments on the menu, with the Diamond Facial as the signature option, plus three dedicated couples massage rooms for pairs booking together. Facials lean on ESPA and Natura Bissé products.

Beyond the treatment rooms, the facility has separate Ladies' and Gentlemen's lounges, each with private lockers and showers, so pre- or post-treatment relaxation is split by gender rather than shared. Spa guests also get access to a sauna, steam room, cold plunge and whirlpool. A full-service hair salon and nail salon round out the offering, and the spa can arrange group bookings for bridal parties, bachelorette groups or corporate retreats.

This is a reservation-only spa with no walk-ins and no day pass - you book a specific treatment, and that's your way in. It's open to non-hotel guests as well, not restricted to hotel patrons. The minimum age for massages, body treatments and the relaxation areas, lockers and pool is 18; teens 16-17 can get facials with a parent present, and kids 5 and up can use hair or nail services with a parent in the room. Standard cancellation policy applies: give more than 24 hours notice or you'll be charged the full service fee. Arriving a half hour early is recommended so there's time to use the lounges, sauna and steam room before your appointment.
