The Seasons Spa at The Seasons of Cherry Creek

The Seasons Spa operates out of a massage room in the Aspen Tower at The Seasons of Cherry Creek apartment complex in Denver. It's a day spa with 13 treatments on the menu, split between massage and skin care, and priced in the moderate range for the area.

The massage menu runs from a focused back, neck and shoulder session to Swedish, deep tissue, sport, prenatal, and manual lymphatic drainage work. The signature option is the Osana Signature Massage, a full-body session that mixes modalities such as hot stones, cupping, CBD, and stretching depending on what the therapist and guest work out.

On the skin care side there's a classic facial, a gentlemen's facial aimed at beard and stubble care, a renewing facial for fine lines and dullness, a back treatment that pairs exfoliation with a short neck and shoulder massage, and a quicker express facial for those short on time. The menu also covers a silk lash lift and a full makeup application for events.

Hours vary by day: Monday and Friday run 10am to 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 2pm to 7pm, and weekends from 9am to 5pm. The spa is closed Tuesdays. Walk-ins are welcome but a reservation is recommended to guarantee a slot. There's a relaxation lounge and sauna on site for before or after a treatment.
