The Spa at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail sits inside the hotel and runs on resort-guest access only — there's no day-pass option for outside visitors. The space includes a dry sauna, steam room, indoor whirlpool, a slumber room, a coed lounge and a relaxation garden with design cues from the surrounding Colorado Rockies, aimed at easing sore muscles after skiing, biking or hiking.

The menu runs about ten treatments, with options for solo visits and couples. The signature is the Intentional Sensory Journey, a 110-minute ritual that opens with a choice of Gülçin Botanicals scent (jasmine, patchouli, cherry blossom, citrus or lavender), moves through a customized massage and back scrub, continues with a body wrap and foot treatment, and closes with a scalp massage. There's also a detox-focused body ritual combining silicone cupping with manual lymphatic drainage massage, offered at 80, 100 or 160 minutes and pitched toward post-travel recovery or post-surgical support, plus a shorter facial version of the same cupping-and-gua-sha technique for sculpting and depuffing, available at 50 or 80 minutes.

Beyond treatments, the property has a fitness center overlooking the pool terrace, separate men's and women's locker rooms with their own saunas and whirlpools, and a salon for haircuts and styling. Staff work in English and Spanish. The spa is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and given the resort-only access, this is really a spa for people already staying at the Four Seasons Vail rather than a drop-in option for locals.
