The Sparadise is built around the Korean jjim jil bang format, a sauna circuit of rooms kept at different temperatures for a hot-cold cycle. The lineup includes a Himalayan salt room, a quartz room, loess/clay rooms, a snow room, an infrared cave and a foot-soak area. The common lounge has toys and books for kids and board games for groups, so it doubles as a family or friend-group hangout rather than a strictly quiet retreat.

The other centerpiece is the Onsen Silkbath, a hot mineral soaking pool kept at 39-40°C with separate sections for men and women. It uses micro-bubble technology for a smoother feel in the water and Dead Sea mineral salt, marketed here for its skin and detox benefits.

Beyond the sauna and bath, the spa runs a short treatment menu: full-body massage (Thai, Hong Kong, hot stone styles), foot and neck/shoulder massage aimed at desk workers, hair-washing services, and non-invasive facials. A VIP/couple room adds a private herbal steam tub, a mini sauna and its own bathroom for two people wanting a more enclosed session, and there's also a dedicated room for waxing and body treatments with its own changing area and private bathroom.

Service is in Vietnamese and English, and the spa is set up for walk-ins as well as booked day passes, making it workable for a spontaneous visit or a planned outing with a partner or group.
