The Wellness Floor at One Dalton is the spa inside the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street in Back Bay, Boston. It's a hotel spa rather than a drop-in facility: there's no day pass, so access runs through hotel guests. The menu is tight, six treatments total, built around facials, massages and body treatments rather than a long a la carte list.

The signature piece is the Signature Extreme 360° Beauty Ceremony, and the facial program includes an EviDenS de Beauté lifting treatment aimed at reshaping contours and brightening the complexion through a double-masking process. On the massage side, the GROUND Wellbeing treatment pairs aromatherapy and breathwork with slow, rhythmic bodywork meant to ease muscular tension. Couples have their own dedicated option, the Dalton Duo, performed by two therapists at once in a private couples' suite, customized to each person's preferences.

Beyond treatment rooms, the facility includes a fitness center outfitted with Precor equipment selected by trainer Harley Pasternak, with personal training sessions bookable through the Spa Concierge. There's also a 64-foot indoor lap pool with city views, usable for a workout or just for lounging. The spa operates in English and sits at the top price tier, consistent with its setting inside a luxury hotel property.

Hours run 11am to 7pm on weekdays and extend to 8am-8pm on weekends. Given the hotel-guest access model, anyone not staying at One Dalton should call ahead to confirm whether any outside access is possible before planning a visit.
