THERME Bad Wörishofen is a thermal bath complex set under a glass dome, built around a Thermenparadies pool hall and a separate Vitalbad & Saunen area. The site draws on local mineral springs, with health pools infused with brine, sulfur, iodine-selenium, calcium and lithium alongside a main thermal pool and a poolbar. Note that the Sportbad section is currently closed, so visits center on the Thermenparadies and the sauna/vital bath side.

Access is restricted to adults 16 and over, with one weekly exception: FamilienSamstag opens the baths to families between 9:00 and 19:00. Clothing is optional in parts of the facility, which is standard for German thermal spas of this kind. A day pass covers general entry, and the site also offers private suites and "Wohlfühl-Inseln" relaxation islands that can be booked for couples wanting more secluded time.

Beyond the water, there's a THERMEN-Galeria with shops, an on-site restaurant and café area (Gastronomie), and a menu of around 15 treatments and massages. Opening hours run longest on Friday and Saturday, with Saturday stretching to midnight; weekdays close earlier at 22:00 or 23:00. Staff and signage are available in both German and English. Parking includes a dedicated motorhome spot (THERMEN-Wohnmobilstellplatz), useful for travelers combining a soak with a longer road trip through the Allgäu region.
