Vana Spa, Vasastan (Stockholm)

Vana Spa Vasastan sits inside the Elite Palace Hotel, a few blocks into Stockholm's Vasastan neighborhood. It's built for a half-day in and out: a day pass buys 2.5 hours of access to the pool, hydromassage bath, aroma room, steam room and dry sauna, plus the 300-square-meter gym, with towel, robe and slippers included and Vana's own products in the showers.

The treatment menu runs to 19 options built around Kerstin Florian products, mostly massages, facials and body wraps — ginger, eucalyptus, moor mud and spirulina among them — alongside quicker add-ons like a 20-minute body scrub or brow and lash tinting. The signature is the 80-minute Vana Lavendel Relax, which pairs a hydromassage bath with a warm organic lavender oil massage, facial cleanse and mask, plus foot work. Couples have their own lane too, with Duo Energy Boost and Duo Energy De Luxe sessions performed side by side with two therapists.

The spa is open daily, with longer hours on weekdays (07:30–21:30) than weekends (08:00–20:00), and staff work in Swedish and English. Minimum age for spa access is 18. Since it's attached to a hotel, there's also the option to book a room and turn the visit into a full spa weekend rather than a single afternoon.
