Yarrow, an Auberge Spa at Hotel Jerome

Yarrow sits on the lower level of Hotel Jerome in downtown Aspen, reached by stairs behind the front desk or the lobby elevator. It's a small operation—three private treatment rooms plus a shared relaxation room where guests can sip locally blended botanical tea between services. Men and women each have their own individual steam shower.

Booking is by appointment only; there's no walk-in day pass. Arrivals are asked to check in 30 minutes before their first scheduled treatment to go through a complimentary botanical foot soak and pick blends from an Element Bar. Treatments start and end at the scheduled time, and the spa holds a strict 24-hour cancellation policy—anything changed or missed inside that window is charged in full.

The spa is open to anyone with a reservation, not just hotel guests, though the hotel's pool and gym remain reserved for those staying on property. Pricing falls in the upscale range typical of a boutique hotel spa. As of late 2025 the spa was adding Biologique Recherche facial treatments to its menu, with full service debuting in November and products available in the boutique in the meantime.
