Chill Spa sits atop Hotel Terra in Teton Village, just outside Jackson Hole, and runs as a reservation-only treatment spa rather than a walk-in day-pass facility. It's open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm, closed Sunday and Monday.
The menu runs nine treatments, split between MediSpa facial-device sessions (Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers covering three to seven modalities) and organic facials built on Eminence Organic Skin Care products, such as the Rehydrating Stone Crop and Organic Wildflower facials. Prices start around $215 for a standard facial and run to $385 for the full Platinum MediSpa experience, before a 22% service charge.
Facility access — steam rooms, men's and women's locker rooms, the rooftop hot tub and a co-ed relaxation lounge stocked with herbal tea and fruit — comes only with a booked treatment; there's no standalone day pass. The resort also has an outdoor infinity pool and fitness center. Guests must be 13 or older for facials, 16 or older for massage, and 18 to use the spa facilities without an adult accompanying them.
Booking ahead is expected, guaranteed with a credit card or resort reservation, and arriving 30 minutes early is requested so the full appointment time can be used — late arrivals still end on schedule.
