The Body Sage Spa at the Rusty Parrot Lodge

The Body Sage Spa operates inside the Rusty Parrot Lodge on N. Jackson Street, a short walk from the town square. It's a hotel spa built around recovery from mountain life: massage for post-adventure aches, facials for wind- and sun-exposed skin, and a signature treatment called Alpine Essence. The menu runs to 13 services total, including a CBD-infused massage, a prenatal option, and side-by-side couples treatments in a dedicated suite.

Day passes are available, so overnight guests aren't required to book a treatment to use the facilities. Anyone with an appointment gets access to the outdoor hot tub before or after their session, plus a relaxation room, locker rooms, and spa snacks and beverages. Booking requires a credit card or room folio, and the cancellation window is 24 hours before full charges apply. Arriving 15 minutes early is recommended to allow time to change into a robe and settle in, since late arrivals still end at the originally scheduled time.
