Cramim Resort & Spa sits among vineyards in the hills near Jerusalem, in the Kiryat Anavim area of the Jerusalem District. The 155-room property is built for couples and adults only — children under 10 aren't admitted — and the spa wing is the centerpiece: a heated indoor pool, a large Turkish hammam, a modern gym and a menu of body and beauty treatments round out the facilities, alongside two outdoor pools looking out over the mountains.

Day visitors don't need to book a room to use the spa. Cramim offers a day-pass package that bundles treatments, a meal, and free run of the hotel's pools and wellness spaces for a few hours — a common way for locals and travelers passing through Jerusalem to spend a few hours without staying overnight. Hotel guests, meanwhile, have the run of the grounds, which include a wine boutique pouring selections from the hotel's own Gewürztraminer and Cabernet vines plus other Jerusalem-area wineries, and a jewelry boutique from the Israeli brand Yvel.

Staff speak Hebrew and English. Parking is free and available around the hotel on a space-available basis. The spa and hotel sit at an upscale price point, and treatments, pools and the hammam are positioned as an adults' retreat rather than a family stop — worth knowing before planning a visit with kids under 10.
