De Montel - Terme Milano occupies the Scuderie De Montel, a former horse stable complex built in 1921, now converted into a 16,000-square-metre thermal park in Milan's San Siro area. The water is drawn from 396 metres underground and carries an official certification from Italy's Ministry of Health; it has been noted for its qualities since Roman times and was formally analyzed in the 1930s.
The complex centers on 10 thermal pools ranging from 34°C to 38°C, split between indoor and outdoor areas. A dedicated heat-and-steam section includes four saunas (one of them a Russian banja), a steam bath, and a hammam, though hammam access depends on availability and is closed when private events are held on the second floor. Nine relax rooms and a wooded park round out the grounds, along with a restaurant terrace, a bistrot and a spa & medical area.
Day passes are sold online in several formats: Morning Rituals from 9:30 to 12:30 for €49, a 5-hour Wellness Break for €79, a full Daily Wellness pass for €99, an evening Aperitivo alle Terme from 18:00 until closing for €79, and an After 8pm pass from 20:00 for €49. Every entry includes a kit with a robe and towel (returnable), slippers and a tote bag to keep. Five treatments are offered, including a signature Ulivitas treatment priced at $190, and couples treatments are available. Paid communal parking lines the street, with limited on-site spots that can be booked ahead.
