SPA & Thermal Garden

SPA & Thermal Garden sits on the shore of Lake Garda in Sirmione, part of the Terme di Sirmione complex, and runs on naturally sulphurous, salt-bromine-iodine thermal water. The core of a visit is moving between pools: an outdoor thermal pool with hydromassage and swan-neck jets, an indoor thermal pool, a vascular circuit of two crescent-shaped pools alternating 24°C and 34°C water for circulation, the circular 10-seat DIVA hydromassage tub, and the MUSA tub with 22 jets aimed at the neck and shoulders. A freshwater infinity pool runs to the lake's edge, and a solarium deck extends over the water for sunbathing or an aperitivo.

Heat rooms round out the circuit: an outdoor Finnish sauna with a lake view, a Roman bath kept around 35-40°C with 40% humidity, and a steam bath. Each area lists a suggested dwell time, mostly 15-20 minutes, and recommended temperatures shift slightly between summer and winter.

Treatments are a smaller part of the offer, with two options on the menu. The signature is a couple's oil massage paired with a purifying thermal mud application, priced around $280, and couples' treatments are bookable as a pair. A bistrot on site covers food and drink without leaving the complex.

The spa is open to families as well as couples, with a day pass available for those not staying at an affiliated hotel. Staff work in Italian, English, and German.
