Dua Spa by K'alma sits inside the Dua Miami, Autograph Collection Hotel on S Miami Ave in Brickell. It's a hotel spa open to the public by appointment only, with no walk-in bookings, and it welcomes individuals, couples, families and groups rather than restricting access by age.

The menu runs about ten treatments built around a celestial theme: facials like the Vitamin C-rich Cassiopeia, a hydrating facial and an anti-gravity lifting facial; body work including a Himalayan salt scrub and a water-rich Lunar body mask; and massages ranging from a therapeutic deep-tissue session to a "warrior" massage meant for muscle release, offered in 60, 90 and 120-minute lengths. Couples massage is available for those booking together. Longer packages bundle a custom massage with a choice of facial or scrub, a ceremonial tea blend and, in the top-tier option, full amenity access plus a parting gift — these run from 180 to 240 minutes.

Every treatment comes with access to the spa's amenities: sauna, steam room, a relaxation lounge, the hotel pool, a jacuzzi and a cold plunge, so there's reason to linger before or after a service. The spa is also set up for group occasions — bridal parties, birthdays, corporate outings — and leans into couples bookings for anniversaries and Valentine's Day, including a stargazing-themed package with a telescope.

Practically: the spa is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., sits in the upscale price tier, and adds a 20% gratuity to all services. Appointments can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours ahead; after that, the full cost is charged to the card on file.
