Dzintari Spa

Dzintari Spa sits inside the Pegasa Pils SPA Hotel near the Baltic coast in Jūrmala. The core of the place is a water zone built around a 12.5-metre pool with a waterfall and hydro and air massage jets, plus a jacuzzi and a separate children's pool.

The heat side has three distinct saunas: a 90°C Finnish-style sauna, a gentler 70°C sauna with a subtropical climate, a steam room, and a mild 50°C sauna, all backed by heated loungers for cooling down between rounds. A hydrotherapy circuit adds underwater massage, a counter-current swim channel, a fountain massage station, foot hydrotherapy and a contrast-bucket station for circulation work.

Beyond the wet areas, the facility includes a salt room, a spa bar for drinks and shakes after sessions, and a small sports program covering water aerobics and group or individual training for both adults and kids, with parents able to stay nearby during children's classes. Medical massage and spa rehabilitation programs are offered alongside dentistry services on site, and treatment menu covers three listed treatments.

Access is by day pass, and a minimum age of 16 applies for use of the spa and water zones. The venue is step-free and adapted for guests with mobility limitations. Staff communicate in English, Latvian and Russian. Hours are listed as 7am to 10pm daily, though the operator's own site notes visits run by prior appointment, so it's worth confirming a time slot before heading over.
