ESPA at Mondrian Doha is a full-scale hotel spa built around water and heat. The layout spans an experience garden, relaxation lounges, a traditional Turkish Hammam, sauna, steam rooms and an ice fountain, plus an indoor pool and attached gym. Separate ladies' and men's sections each have their own treatment rooms and VIP suites, so the space works for solo visits, couples, friend groups or families.

Treatments are drawn from the ESPA brand's standard menu — massages, tailored facials, Hydrafacial, Dermalux LED therapy, contouring treatments and hammam rituals — delivered across 12 private treatment rooms in 60, 90 or 120-minute formats. A signature package runs from around $600, and couples' treatments are offered for those booking together. Staff work in English, French and Spanish.

Access isn't limited to hotel guests: day passes are sold to outside visitors, covering the pool, gym, sauna and steam room. Weekday and weekend day-pass pricing differs, with a reduced kids' rate that includes kids'-club access and free entry for children aged 0–6. The spa itself runs 9:00 to 23:00 daily, though the pool day-pass window is shorter and set separately from the main spa hours.
