Heavenly Spa sits inside The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa on Salwa Road and centers on a sizeable wet-facilities setup: a main pool, a waves pool, an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, alongside a gym, squash courts and a WestinWORKOUT fitness studio. Treatment rooms run alongside these recreational spaces, with reception and treatments open daily from 10am to 1am.
Access is restricted to hotel guests and members rather than walk-in day visitors. Memberships come in a few forms: an individual "Unlimited Wellness" plan at QAR 1,000 a month covering the pools, fitness area, wet facilities and two complimentary personal training sessions, and a family recreation membership at QAR 2,000 a month for shared pool, fitness and wet-area access. The minimum age for entry is 4.
The wet areas and some fitness spaces run on gender-specific schedules. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi hours are 9am-9pm for women and 9am-10pm for men, while the gym has separate ladies-only slots on Monday afternoons and Wednesday mornings, and the indoor pool has ladies-only hours three days a week. The gym itself is open 24 hours for in-house hotel guests and 7am-midnight for members. Pools keep their own daytime hours: the main pool 8am-8pm, the waves pool 10am-6pm, and the indoor pool 10am-8pm.
The property also runs a seasonal kids' summer camp for ages 4-10 and a standalone nail studio, Heavenly Nails, open daily 10am-10pm. The spa has been recognized locally as Favorite Health Club in Qatar (2023-2025) and Best Business Hotel Spa in Qatar (2023, 2024) by the Ohlala Spa & Wellness Awards Doha.
