Massage Nirvana Day and Medi Spa

Massage Nirvana Day and Medi Spa is a no-frills operation tucked into a commercial strip on S Fort Apache Rd, built around massage therapy and a newer HydraFacial skin treatment. It functions as both a medical spa and a day spa, which means the menu covers standard relaxation and therapeutic massage alongside more clinical facial work.

Pricing sits at the affordable end of the spectrum, and the spa runs a recurring deal on Mondays through Thursdays: 50% off select Swedish and therapeutic massages, with 50, 80, and 110-minute options. The catch is in the fine print — the discount excludes couples' massages, hot stone, and other specialized modalities, can't be combined with other offers or Spafinder/Spa Wish gift cards, and can't be purchased as a gift certificate. Upgrading to deep tissue or prenatal work adds a flat $10 per person on top of the discounted rate.

This isn't set up for couples — there's no couples' treatment option here, so it's geared toward solo visits. Both walk-ins and reservations are accommodated, though booking ahead is the safer bet if there's a specific therapist or time slot in mind. The spa is open seven days a week, 10am to 7pm, with consistent hours across the whole week, making it easy to work into a Las Vegas day without needing to plan far in advance. It skates toward the medical-spa end of the wellness world rather than a resort-style retreat, so expect a practical, treatment-focused visit rather than extensive amenities or lounging space.
