Praha Spa and Salt - Salt Cave

Praha Spa & Salt is a day spa on Tamiami Trail North in Central Naples built around a salt cave, where halotherapy sessions are offered as a way to address respiratory issues, allergies, and some skin conditions, along with claimed benefits for stress and anxiety. The cave sits alongside a more conventional spa menu of massage (therapeutic, neuromuscular, and shorter "pick-me-up" sessions) and facials.

Facials and skincare treatments use G.M. Collin products, a line the spa markets as formulated to reduce irritation risk and avoid common allergens. Beyond the treatment rooms, Praha runs yoga and movement classes, with an unlimited monthly membership available for $150.

This is an adults-only, moderately priced spa. Walk-ins are accepted, but booking ahead is advised, especially for the salt cave or specific massage and facial slots. Hours shift through the week: the spa opens at 9am most days and closes earlier on Monday, Saturday, and Sunday (6pm, 6pm, and 5pm respectively), while Tuesday and Friday run until 7pm and Wednesday and Thursday stay open until 8pm. Gift cards can be purchased online, and the owner, Oksana Acosta, is listed as the point of contact for service questions.
