Restore Hyper Wellness sits on 17th Avenue South in Nashville's Midtown/Music Row area, next to Orange Theory Fitness and across from the Virgin Hotel. It's less a traditional spa and more a recovery-and-biohacking studio, built around modalities like cryotherapy, infrared sauna, compression therapy and red light therapy, plus IV drip and intramuscular shot therapy, including NAD+ and Niagen options.

Beyond the recovery menu, the studio also runs facial and skin treatments such as Hydrafacial, Neveskin, the Marini Zero Downtime Peel and HydroPeptide custom facials, along with mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy and biomarker assessments. In total there are around 20 treatments on offer, aimed at goals like reducing inflammation, improving sleep, boosting energy and general recovery rather than classic pampering.

Pricing runs through membership tiers rather than single day passes. The Level Up plan is $190 a month for 8 credits, Elevate is $290 for 14 credits, and Core is $330 for 31 credits, with credits redeemable for core therapies or, in the case of the higher tiers, IV drips. Memberships require a three-month commitment and 30 days' notice to cancel, and members get 30% off specialty services plus access at any Restore location nationwide.

The studio is open seven days: weekdays from 10am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday 11am to 4pm. There's a relaxation lounge and sauna on site, and the space is set up for solo visits rather than groups.

Good to know

Is there a day-pass option, or do I need a membership?
There's no day pass listed; pricing is structured around monthly memberships (Level Up, Elevate, Core) that provide credits for therapies and IV drips.
Do I need to book ahead?
A reservation is generally required, though the studio also lists itself as welcoming walk-ins, so it's worth calling (615) 987-9626 to check same-day availability.
What treatments can I get there?
The menu covers cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression, IV drips (including NAD+), intramuscular shots, and facial treatments like Hydrafacial and Neveskin, among about 20 services total.
What are the hours?
Monday through Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 11am-4pm.
Is this spa only for adults?
The studio's own data marks it as not adults-only, but confirm with the location directly if you're bringing minors, since age policies can vary by treatment.
