Rhapsody Spa

Rhapsody Spa sits on the third floor of The Westin Nashville, in the heart of downtown. It operates as both a day spa and a medical spa, spreading nine treatment rooms across 6,000 square feet finished in natural wood, stone, and a living plant wall.

The shared amenities are open to day-pass guests and walk-ins: a co-ed dry cedar sauna, private steam showers in the locker rooms, and a relaxation lounge stocked with organic teas. Guests can also warm up beforehand at the adjoining WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio. Booked treatments, by contrast, require a reservation, and arriving 15 to 30 minutes early is requested since appointments can't be extended for late arrivals.

Beyond standard spa services, Rhapsody runs a VIP Quick Care program offering physician-supervised IV therapy, botox, filler, plasma pen treatments, hormone replacement, and medical weight-loss services. These run on their own schedule — Thursday 9am to 2pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 9am to 2pm — and are available by appointment or walk-in.

The spa is open daily from 9am to 6pm. A 20% service fee is added to every treatment, with 18% going directly to the therapist as gratuity, and cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged the full service cost. The price tier lands on the upscale end, consistent with the setting inside a downtown Westin property.
