This is the spa inside The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes, a large hotel wellness facility built around 40 treatment rooms plus a full-service salon. Separate Ladies' and Gentlemen's lounges with private lockers and showers sit alongside a co-ed relaxation lounge, sauna, and a Wellness Center. Outside, there's a lap pool and an outdoor whirlpool for soaking between treatments.

The spa is adults-only, with a minimum age of 18 for both the spa facility and the pool; guests 16-17 can book facials with a parent or guardian present, and younger guests are limited to hair and nail services. Couples treatments are offered, and the signature experience is Spa After Dark, an evening event pairing treatments and mini services with champagne and light bites.

Access runs through the hotel — this is a hotel spa, not a stand-alone day-pass operation, so visits are tied to being a guest or booking through the hotel directly. Appointments should be made by phone or through the hotel, and arriving 30 minutes early is recommended. A 22% service charge is added to treatments, cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged in full, and robes, slippers, and disposable underwear are provided for use during services. Oribe hair products are used in the salon, and treatments draw on ingredients from the resort's organic garden and apiary.
