The Grand Floridian Spa

The Grand Floridian Spa is the full-service spa and salon inside Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in Lake Buena Vista, part of the Walt Disney World complex near Orlando. It's a Victorian-themed hotel spa built around massage, body treatments, manicures and pedicures, with a signature option called The Grand Massage alongside choices like a warm stone massage and an expectant mother massage.

Treatments are for adults 18 and up, though teens 14-17 can book if a parent or guardian stays with them the whole time, and some salon and nail services are open to kids 5 and up under the same supervision rule. Walk-ins are welcome, so a reservation isn't strictly required, though booking ahead through the hotel's online system is the more reliable route given this is a working resort spa.

Beyond the treatment rooms, guests get a relaxation lounge with light refreshments and a dressing room stocked with a robe and slippers for the visit. The resort's fitness center, open 24 hours and equipped with cardio machines, strength equipment and free weights, is available to guests staying at the Grand Floridian.

The spa runs 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day. At the time of listing, the surrounding resort was undergoing refurbishment, meaning some daytime construction noise is possible even though the spa itself remains open. This sits at the upscale end of the price spectrum, consistent with its place inside a flagship Disney resort.
