Sacred Body Noosa

Sacred Body Noosa sits inside the South Pacific Resort on Weyba Rd in Noosaville, one of two Sunshine Coast locations run by the same team (the other is in Montville). It's a boutique-style day spa built around massage, body treatments and beauty services rather than a sprawling wellness resort, with therapists trained in remedial massage, lymphatic drainage and related bodywork.

The current signature offering is the Spring Renewal Ritual, a seasonal treatment aimed at skin and relaxation. Couples treatments are available alongside solo bookings, and the spa is set up for a mixed crowd of families, solo travelers and couples rather than one niche audience.

The spa is open Monday to Saturday from 9am, with a shorter Wednesday session (9am–2pm) and no regular Sunday hours, since Sundays and public holidays are kept for events and group bookings. Walk-ins are accepted, but booking ahead is recommended given the reservation-required classification and the smaller, boutique scale of the space.

Founder Linda Goggan, a remedial massage therapist and nutritional advisor, built Sacred Body Spa in 2017 on the idea of pairing hands-on bodywork with practical wellness advice rather than a heavily spiritual framing. That same therapist-led, treatment-focused approach carries over to the Noosa location, which leans on its resort setting for a quieter, tropical backdrop to standard spa services.
