The standout booking here is the Ammortal Chamber, a zero-gravity session combining red and near-infrared light, PEMF, molecular hydrogen inhalation and vibroacoustic therapy aimed at recovery rather than relaxation alone. Couples treatments are offered too, using the two dedicated suites. Seasonal packages have included combination rituals pairing thermal access with compression therapy or infrared mats, plus manicure-pedicure-facial bundles, though availability of these rotates.

Access is restricted to guests 18 and over, and the facility itself is unisex-shared outside the gendered solariums. Parking works on a tiered system: book a treatment and self-parking or valet is complimentary, but if you're coming in on a day pass only, expect discounted rates of $10 for self-parking and $20 for valet rather than free parking. The spa runs the same hours seven days a week, from 10am to 6pm, so there's no late-evening option. Given it sits inside a downtown hotel on Red River Street, it works as an easy add-on for business travelers or a planned afternoon out for locals, rather than a destination requiring an overnight stay.
