Spa Haven is a day spa on Legacy Drive in Frisco, Texas, built around massage, facials, body treatments, an infrared sauna and stretch sessions. The menu covers therapeutic massage, custom facials and body treatments, plus a dedicated infrared sauna room that's set up for both solo and couples use.

The signature offering is a 60-minute Couple's Massage priced at $179.90, aimed at pairs looking to book a side-by-side session rather than separate appointments. First-time visitors can also register for a complimentary infrared sauna session before committing to a paid treatment or membership.

Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead is required to secure a treatment slot, especially for couples' appointments. Spa Haven also runs a membership program starting at $79.95 a month for regular visitors, and sells gift cards for those buying a session for someone else.

Hours run long on weekdays: Monday through Thursday from 9am to 9pm, Friday from 9am to 8pm, Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and Sunday from 10am to 6pm, giving evening and weekend options for people working around a standard schedule. The location sits in the Frisco/North Dallas area, making it a straightforward stop for locals rather than a destination retreat.
